Customer Service Representative
Full Time Central MO Newspapers, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Circulation Department. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Job duties would include: Answering inbound customer calls, greet and assist walk-in customers. Promote all available products to meet customer needs. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to all requests and inquiries. Enter customer data and process daily circulation reports
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Excellent verbal communication skills. Superior customer relations and problem solving skills. Proficient with technology.
