Operations Support Specialist Jefferson City, MO At FCS Financial, part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, we are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team at our Central Office in Jefferson City! At FCS, we seek individuals who are career minded and have a passion for what they do! We are looking for a friendly, energetic, fast paced, organized, and detailed individual! If you strive to provide excellent customer service, can juggle multiple priorities, and have a basic understanding of loan accounts, this opportunity is for you! The starting salary for this position is $40,500, however salary may be commensurate with experience. 

High school diploma and 2 years of related experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Working knowledge of farm operations, the agriculture industry, experience in financial services, lending or title company environment preferred. This position is located at our Central Office in Jefferson City and requires at least three days a week of in office work. Pre-employment background check required.
