HAROLD G. BUTZER, INC. A local mechanical contractor has an opening for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the mechanical construction department. RESPONSIBILTIES: 1) Process weekly timecards. 2) Process vendor invoices for payment. 3) Prepare billings to our customers in accordance with customer purchase orders. 4) Maintain purchase order log for our vendors. 5) Organize various spread sheets in excel. 6) Assist with answering telephone. 7) Request certificate of insurance in accordance with our sub-contractor agreements. 8) Assist project managers as needed. requirements: 1) Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook). 2) Previous professional and accounting experience. 3) Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
