Head Custodian Jefferson City School District The role of the Head Custodian is to lead and manage the school's custodial staff, day & night shifts. Assign areas of responsibility and direction to areas that need attention. Continuous training related to cleaning, time management and chemical application. The Head Custodian will assure efficient operations meeting the needs of students, staff and the public. This position has a significant amount of contact with people requiring good human relation skills, flexibility and effective oral and written communication skills. This position requires the use of independent judgment to deal with a variety of issues. This position is essential and is expected to respond to calls at all hours of the day and night. Previous management experience preferred. Full benefit package including vacation and sick days.
