Data and Technology Support Specialist
Position Summary: We are actively looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data and Technology Support Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating detailed reports from our membership database, troubleshooting data issues, and providing comprehensive tech support, thus ensuring operational efficiency.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement queries, reports, and visually appealing dashboards sourced from the membership database.
- Promptly detect and resolve data anomalies and various issues.
- Deliver technical support for any software, hardware, and networking challenges.
- Assist with the maintenance and optimization of the database environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and external partners to streamline data management workflows.
- Support end-user queries and conduct training as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain documentation in relation to technical procedures and user guides.
Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related area.
- Willingness to learn about relational databases and proficient reporting tools.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team.
- Familiar with various operating systems and standard office software.
- Skills in project management would be advantageous.
This role is a full-time position located in our Jefferson City office, working Monday to Friday, accompanied by an attractive compensation package and benefits.
