The Missouri Bakers Association (MBA) is in search of a qualified and motivated candidate for the full-time position of Member Services Coordinator to join our esteemed Education and Member Services team in Jefferson City, MO. The MBA serves as the primary advocacy group for the banking sector within Missouri, boasting a membership of over 30,000 bankers and 2,000 banking locations statewide. We pride ourselves on our dedication to providing premier educational initiatives, valuable services, and effective governmental advocacy. As the Member Services Coordinator, your key responsibilities will involve actively promoting membership participation and engagement. You will work towards enhancing the relationship between MBA and its members through strategic marketing, facilitating greater utilization of our services, and implementing recognition programs for outstanding contributions from banks and bankers. This role demands significant in-state travel, estimated at 50%, to connect with members, participate in conferences, engage in community events, and visit bank locations throughout Missouri.
