Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000 DOQ

The Administrative Services Coordinator position acts as the face of the Missouri Behavioral Health Council (MBHC). The Administrative Services Coordinator is the first person you see when you walk into the Kathy Carter Building and a huge part of this role is representing the Council as the main point of contact for training, meeting, and event space, answering the main phone line, and ensuring guests have the best user experience possible when visiting.
The Administrative Services Coordinator is a member of the Council’s Training & Events team and reports to the Director of Training & Events. The Administrative Services Coordinator provides support for various administrative, training, and building-related duties. General job duties for this administrative position include, but are not limited to, representing the Council in a positive, patient, and professional manner; answering the phones; overseeing the operations of the Council’s training site; managing Outlook calendars; providing resources to members, callers, and other partners; serving as the point of contact for monthly board member meetings; and updating member documents as needed.
The ideal candidate would have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of related experience in the field. This position will require a person to have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization skills; the ability to multi-task and quickly change tasks and priorities; and to work independently and as a part of a team. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This is an in-office position located in Jefferson City, MO Monday-Thursday weekly, with the option to work from home most Fridays.
