Information and Records Management Specialist

At PSRS/PEERS, our Information and Records Management departmentis a close-knit, dedicated team of professionals who work to ensure incoming information and records for Retirement System members are received, organized and managed accurately and securely.
Information and Records Management Specialists play an essential role in ensuring our members’ retirement records are both correctand complete. They analyze member records, respond to member questions and requests for information, process and verify member information changes and forms, and assist with incoming and outgoing mail. To join our team, you should be a helpful, outgoing and open-minded team player, have excellent customer service and communication skills and strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least two years’ office experience. Salary range is $42,126 — $47,392. Benefits include an HSA, vision and dental insurance, and pension plan with lifetime retirement benefits and five-year vesting. Three weeks’ paid vacation and three weeks’ sick leave per year to start, and 12 paid holidays each year.
