Board Administrator – Part-time

MOSERS is seeking an individual for our part-time Board Administrator opening. The individual in this position will work 20 hours a week on average with actual hours per week varying due to the timing of board meetings. The primary responsibility of this position will be to coordinate meeting logistics and technology, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes for the MOSERS Board of Trustee meetings. There are approximately 16 meetings per year. The vast majority of these meetings are scheduled well in advance, so the varied schedule will be predictable. This position works directly with the MOSERS' Executive Director. Anticipated starting pay will be between $29 - $35/hour, and the position is not eligible for benefits.
