MAINTENANCE MANAGER Missouri River Regional Library is seeking a full time Maintenance Manager. Position provides main-tenance for Library facilities, equipment and grounds. Functions as an electrician, mechanic, carpenter, plumber and general repairman. Coordinates with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities when necessary. Orders and maintains custodial supplies. Supervises and trains custodial staff. Assists with book sales. Processes and delivers incoming and outgoing mail. Position requires ability to read blueprints and technical manuals, ability to operate computer. Must have and maintain a valid Class E Missouri driver's license. Preferred previous maintenance and supervisor experience. The annual salary range is $34,257.60 - $51,386.40 depending on qualifications, benefit package includes paid health insurance, paid holidays and paid time off. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., some evening and weekend hours may be required.
