PSRS/PEERS is looking for an organized and motivated investment professional who will use their experience and expertise to help us achieve the best possible private market investment returns while maintaining prudent levels of risk. At PSRS/PEERS, our investment program fuels the majority of the funds needed to provide pension benefits for more than 286,000 Missouri public school personnel and their families. The market value of invested assets for PSRS/PEERS is approximately $58 billion. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in our private equity and private credit programs. You will monitor a portion of PSRS/PEERS' private equity and private credit portfolios, including more than 500 partnerships/investments. In addition, you will analyze performance and cash flows and conduct research on private equity partnerships, private equity co-investments, private credit partnerships and private credit direct investments. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or a related field. Active participation in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) course of study is required. Salary is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience and education. Benefits include an HSA, vision and dental insurance, and pension plan with lifetime retirement benefits and five-year vesting.
