Part Time Office Support-University of MO Extension Cole County Office Provides general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties. This position complements and assists the full-time office support position and office operations in general. This position requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed up to 1040 hours per calendar year.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Greet visitors Answer incoming calls, route calls, take messages, provide publications and reference materials for customers. Open and close office in accordance with established procedures. Assist with meetings. Work as a team member.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
